Our Story

Built by a kosher-keeping family, for the global kosher community.

Our Mission

KosherKitchenAI was born from a simple frustration: existing AI recipe tools didn't understand kosher law. They'd suggest shrimp in a "healthy dinner," mix meat and dairy without a second thought, or simply ignore the rich traditions of Jewish cooking.

Our mission is to bring the power of modern AI to every kosher kitchen — making it effortless to discover, plan, and create meals that are both inspiring and halachically sound.

How It Started

It started on a Thursday evening — that classic pre-Shabbos scramble. With company coming and only a few hours left, the question "what should I make?" felt impossible. Every recipe app suggested meals that weren't appropriate, or required a trip to the store.

That evening, we realized the world needed an AI that truly understood kosher. Not just one that filtered ingredients, but one that understood the separation of meat and dairy, the distinction between Pesach and year-round cooking, and the warmth of Shabbos and Yom Tov traditions.

KosherKitchenAI is the result — a platform built with deep respect for halacha, a love of food, and the goal of making every kosher home feel a little more inspired.
